Entering of Bills, purchase orders, credit notes. Analysis of Overdue supplier invoices.

Module 6: Fixed Assets

Recording and management of Fixed Assets, auto computation of depreciation expense, accumulated depreciation and fixed asset register.

Module 7: Managing Inventory Items

Adding and Deleting of inventory items, enabling tracking function of inventory, inventory adjustments.

Module 8: Foreign Currencies

Adding in foreign currencies relevant to your business, auto computation of realised and unreaslised exchange differences. Analysis of forex exposure in your company.

Module 10: Email Settings for Invoicing and Other Forms

Customisation of email settings in xero to send out customised email templates for forms such as quotation, invoice, statement of accounts, purchase order etc.

Module 11: Reports

Detailed Financial, Tax, Accounting, Sales, Purchases, Inventory, projects and fixed assets reports.

Module 12: Forms

Setting up of standard form templates in Xero Accounting.

Module 13. Processing Expenses Claims

Uploading or receipts by employees, expense claims workflow processes such as awaiting authorisation and payment.

Module 14. Managing user accounts

Setting of user rights and 2 Factor authentication on user login access, determine module access levels for your employees.
